"Terrible experience!!! My husband had COMPREHENSIVE damage to his vehicle. Got 2 quotes and the dealership was $900 cheaper. He then was given the ok to take to the dealership to get the work done. Once the work was already started, they told him they had to have an assessor come out to look at the damage. The dealership then sent photos prior to the work being done to them. Why was this not communicated prior to the quotes or permission to take to get fixed??? They now will not even cover the damage when their preferred vendor was $900 more expensive than the dealership to begin with. VERY VERY poor communication all throughout. Also Cheryl has yet to speak with my husband about any of this. What is the point of even having insurance if your agent or company won’t even fix anything???"

"I would never use Cheryl and her team. I don’t even know why I pay for insurance, she happily takes my monthly check. I had debris from a truck hit my car and knock off my mirror and damage my windshield. I filed a comprehensive claim. I got an official quote from one of their authorized service centers and it was for $3600. I then got a quote from the Honda Dealership and it was just under $2700. I was told by Cheryl’s team to go ahead and get it scheduled. I drop my car off today, the work is about completed and I get a call saying since they didn’t receive a formal quote (apparently a Honda Dealership’s quote is not formal enough) I will be responsible for paying out of pocket and they will determine if and how much I am reimbursed. All this said, I saved the insurance company $900 and still get stiffed with the bill. I recommend using an agent who is there to help all along the way. I tried to talk to Cheryl for two weeks and her team would not allow me to."
